Mascia Development, is currently seeking opportunities to acquire and reposition or redevelop real estate assets in the Northeast.

AREA OF FOCUS

We commonly seek projects in urban areas of the Northeast that offer the potential to build long term value. Our primary areas of focus are the New York City, Albany, Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, Utica, and Ithaca markets. We will also consider potential acquisitions in areas adjacent to these Cities. Properties located elsewhere in Northeast will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

ASSET TYPE

Mascia Development targets existing, mid-size assets: low/mid-rise multi-family and student housing properties with 30 to 250 units. Potential transactions for the Company may include single asset or portfolio acquisitions. In addition to fee simple real estate, we are willing to purchase mortgages under certain circumstances.
