A: We continue to work with investors of all sizes to give them access to real estate investments for their portfolio. A: We continue to work with investors of all types.

Q: What are the liabilities to me as an investor?
A: We are not attorney’s so you need to consult with your council to fully understand this question. Also every deal is different but we do focus on structuring all of our legal documents so that our investors are only liable for the amount of their committed capital.

A: No Mascia Development has access to real estate properties in other major markets in the US including but not limited to: NYC Tri-State, Washington DC Metro area, Boston Metro area, North Carolina, Colorado, and the Los Angles Metro Area.
